All recruitment projects are managed by one of our consultants who has worked with aviation clients before. The precise resourcing of any project will be agreed with the client at the outset.

The firm has over 10 years’ experience of filling a wide variety of roles, from junior supervisory to senior manager and CEO as well as wide experience of selecting cadet pilots for training and line pilots for operational posts.

We have an administration team, professional receptionists and have access to well appointed offices in Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Gatwick, Manchester and Stanstead which we can use for interviews or meetings.

Do you provide assistance in interview questions and scoring schemes for us?

Yes. When we work with a client’s panel we provide easy to use assessment guidelines, rating and observation sheets for all parts of the assessment process. We also provide help with interview questions and responses to look for, if the panel or interviewers require these, although all our assessment materials will work with any relevant questions and therefore do not restrict the panel.

Do we get something off the shelf, or is the project altered to take account of our wishes?

Any work we do is tailored around your wishes, although we expect to give you advice and guidance about the best route to follow. This sometimes means that your project will follow a very similar path to others we have run, but this reflects the fact that we have a well tested project path that works effectively and gives our clients the information they require to be able to make a sound decision. It also keeps costs down as developing new systems and processes always takes time.

Where it is relevant we are always happy to offer guarantees about our service. For example we are always aware there is a possibility that you might not find a candidate or candidates you are happy with. Although rare, if we run a full recruitment project for you we are happy to enter into an agreement which guarantee that where feasible and agreed we will re-run the process again (making any detail changes required) with no additional management fee payable. We also carry full professional indemnity cover, so you can rest assured that any problems will be taken care of.
